چکیده
Robinia pseudoacacia L. (RP) restoration has increased vegetation cover in semi-arid regions on the Loess Plateau of China, but ecological problems have also occurred due to RP restoration, such as reduced soil moisture. Further, it is still uncertain how microbial diversity, composition and assembly processes change with regions. Therefore, amplicon sequencing small subunit ribosomal ribonucleic acid (16S rRNA) internal transcribed spacer (ITS) genes was performed study bacterial fungal at four sites different stand ages plantations (Y10, plantation less than 10 a; Y15, approximately 15 Y25, 25 Y40, 40 a) along a 40-a chronosequence Plateau. The diversity bacteria fungi significantly during period from (P<0.05). However, compared lower Y25 remained stable between a. relative abundances Proteobacteria Ascomycota Conversely, after they both decreased, whereas Actinomycetes, Acidobacteria Basidiomycota gradually increased. variations communities were mainly related changes total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen moisture contents, while shaped by organic carbon contents. Bacterial structured heterogeneous selection stochastic process, primarily process. induced an increase importance communities. Overall, this reveals community provides new perspective effects

متن کاملEffects of vegetational type and soil depth on soil microbial communities on the Loess Plateau of China
Soil microbial communities are very sensitive to changes in land use and are often used as indicators of soil fertility. We evaluated the microbial communities in the soils of four types of vegetation (cropland (CP), natural grassland (NG), broadleaf forest (BF) and coniferous forest (CF)) at depths of 0–10 and 10–20 cm on the Loess Plateau in China using phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) profilin...
متن کاملLand-use types and soil chemical properties influence soil microbial communities in the semiarid Loess Plateau region in China
Similar land-use types usually have similar soil properties, and, most likely, similar microbial communities. Here, we assessed whether land-use types or soil chemical properties are the primary drivers of soil microbial community composition, and how changes in one part of the ecosystem affect another. We applied Ion Torrent sequencing to the bacterial and fungal communities of five different ...
متن کاملVegetation patterns influence on soil microbial biomass and functional diversity in a hilly area of the Loess Plateau, China
Purpose Shifts of microbial biomass and functional diversity under different vegetation patterns can impact the soil processes, and the specific knowledge about this can be used to develop sound vegetation restoration strategies. This study was devoted to examine the effects of different vegetation patterns on microbial biomass and functional diversity and explore the relationship between soil ...
متن کاملChanges in Soil Microbial Community and Its Effect on Carbon Sequestration Following Afforestation on the Loess Plateau, China
Afforestation plays an important role in soil protection and ecological restoration. The objective of this study is to understand the effect of afforestation on soil carbon and soil microbial communities in the Loess Plateau of China. We measured two chemically-separated carbon fractions (i.e., humic acid, HA, and fulvic acid, FA) and soil microbial communities within shrublands (18-year-old Ca...
